When are check-in and check-out times?

Your room will be ready for you to move into from 2 p.m.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10 a.m. so that we can welcome the next guests.

Are there smoking rooms at Hotel Kristall?

No, all our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Please use the smoking areas on the terrace or the balcony of your room.

What are the standard cancellation periods?

Cancellation free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. From 20 to 7 days before arrival 70 % of the total price will be charged, in the last week before arrival 90 %.

Cancellation: What applies at Christmas & New Year's Eve (21.12. to 01.01.)?

Cancellation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 1 month before arrival 40%, from 7 days 70%, in the last week 90% of the total price will be charged.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full price of the stay will be charged.

Deposits do not expire and remain valid indefinitely as a credit for a later stay.

Which means of payment are accepted?

We accept EC card, Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunately, American Express is not accepted in our hotel.

What do I have to consider when making a deposit?

For a binding reservation we ask for a deposit of € 300,- per room. Preferably by EU standard bank transfer - thank you!

In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will be credited to your account and you can redeem it at any time during your next stay, with no expiry date. It will not be refunded.

Muzzles are only compulsory in special situations such as on the bus or on individual excursions. If you are unsure, please contact us. So you and your four-legged friends can enjoy a relaxed stay in Finkenberg and feel completely at ease.

We reserve the right to charge a small extra cleaning fee, depending on the amount of cleaning required, to ensure that all guests find a clean room after their stay. We ask for your understanding, the amount of work involved may vary depending on the dog.

Is my dog allowed in the restaurant?

We ask for your understanding that your pet cannot join you for meals in the restaurant for reasons of hygiene. In the meantime, your four-legged friend can spend the time comfortably on your private balcony or in your room and recharge his batteries for the next mountain adventure.
