Cancellation policy – Important information for your holiday in Tyrol

In general, cancellations of reservations are only accepted in written form. The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply:

• up to 21 days before arrival, we do not charge a cancellation fee
• from 20 days to 1 week before the day of arrival we charge 70 % of the total package price
• in the last week before the day of arrival we charge 90 % of the total package price

In the arrival period from 21.12. to 01.01., the following cancellation conditions apply:

• up to 3 months before the start of the vacation we do not charge any cancellation costs

• up to 1 month before the start of the vacation, we charge 40% of the total package price
• up to 1 week before arrival we charge 70 % of the total package price
• in the last week before the day of arrival we charge 90% of the total package price.

In the event of early departure or late arrival, you will be charged the full amount. Services not consumed cannot be refunded.

Deposits made will be credited to you in the event of cancellation, which will not expire and can be redeemed indefinitely at your alternative preferred date.
