Give in to the culinary temptations created by our kitchen team and enjoy the famous Kristall cuisine with all its exquisite delicacies.

This is the nucleus and culinary philosophy of our chef and your host Thomas Buchsteiner.

No one can live on air and love alone for any length of time: eating should be a pleasurable experience. Our kitchen team cooks and bakes with diligence, joy, and passion - they pick fresh garden herbs, incorporate flavorful soups and stocks, chop up nutritious vegetables, prepare juicy steaks, and conjure up creative desserts just to make one thing possible - a dining experience for all the senses.

Our focus is not only on the freshness but also the preparation of the dishes - we make sure to preserve vitamins and nutrients so as to contribute to your well-being. Our cuisine combines the modern with the traditional, and consists of products from the region including some from our own farm.

We would like to inform you, that dogs are not allowed in the dining room.

  • Our breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and awaits you in the morning with fresh egg dishes, crispy bacon, fruit juices, select teas, bread fresh from the oven, and much more.
  • The afternoon snack will give you renewed energy with sweet and savory treats starting at 3:00 pm after a great day of skiing or an unforgettable hike.
  • For your gourmet dinner we have prepared a beautiful table in one of our cozy dining rooms or our panorama restaurant. You can design your own personal meal from our 4-course menu with daily salad buffet and 3 main dishes (one of which is vegetarian).
  • Our weekly culinary program includes gala menusItalian Night, a Tyrolean buffet, appetizer buffet, dessert buffet.
