Year-Round Active Holidays in Tyrol

Four seasons packed with adventure

Enjoy active holidays in Tyrol no matter the season

The Ski & Gletscherwelt Zillertal 3000 is the Zillertal’s largest ski resort. At an altitude ranging from 840 to 3,250 metres above sea level, you will find 227 kilometres of ski slopes in all levels of difficulty. Experienced skiers will also love glacier skiing. Wide powder snow trails, half pipes and two fun parks have plenty of excitement in store for carvers and snowboarders. Plus, the Tux-Finkenberg holiday region has four natural tobogganing trails and many places to go ice skating and Bavarian curling. And no winter would be complete without a snowball fight with the entire family!
It doesn’t matter which winter sport you choose, you’ll always be in the middle of the action at the four-star Hotel Kristall!

A sea of flowers: the summertime panorama in the Alps

The Tux-Finkenberg is a paradise for nature and sports lovers in summer, too. Blossoming pastures invite you to take long mountain hikes. Alpine roses bloom in June, making this time an extra special highlight.

Experienced mountain hikers can look forward to three long-distance hiking trails in the Zillertal valley, including the Via Alpina that runs from Trieste to Monaco. Numerous climbing areas and over 800 km of excellent mountain biking routes give any mountain sports fan an adrenaline rush! We also offer our guests guided excursions and panorama hikes to the most famous sights in the Zillertal.
