- The listed prices are per person and day and include all taxes, excluding local tourism tax. Our written confirmation of your booking is only valid after receipt of your deposit of € 300 per room. For the deposit, please send an EU standard, no-fee transfer to our account at

- We accept EC cards, Visa, and MasterCard.
- Bed and breakfast only: deduct € 8.00 from the standard price
- Additional bed in room 20 % discount
- Addition fee for single occupany per day € 15.00
- Additional charge for short stays for up to 3 nights 10 € for each person/day
- Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the dining room. We charge € 5.00 - € 16.00 per day. We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning as needed.
- Please be aware that services, seasonal or dependent on weather conditions, may change or be cancelled entirely.
- For reservations the Austrian hotel association terms and conditions apply. In the case of an early departure, late arrival, or cancellation within one month prior to arrival, we charge 80 % of the booked stay. Unused services cannot be refunded.
